Ciało Dżed-Amonet-ius-anch zabalsamowano metodą stosowaną przy pochówku zamożnych zmarłych. Proces jej mumifikacji trwał 70 dni. Zabandażowane ciało zostało umieszczone w wykonanym z płócien i gipsu kartonażu, który w całości ozdobiono bogatą ikonografią. Głowę wymodelowano i otoczono peruką oraz wiankiem.
